Tim began his career with a boutique brokerage firm in Utah focusing on land sales in 1995. In 1998, Tim joined a national brokerage firm as their Research Services Manager overseeing their Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas Offices. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in investment sales and executive management spanning a region from Chicago to the Inland Northwest. His personal brokerage experience spans asset values ranging from $350,000 to over $65,000,000. The breadth of experience in his career has allowed him to develop a deep repertoire of skills to address the needs of private and institutional investors.
During his management career, he built teams in all major product types plus specialties in Seniors Housing, Hospitality, Manufactured Housing, and Self-Storage. Tim and his teams have closed over $1.5 billion in total consideration across 13 states. He was responsible for recruiting, training, and retention of agents in the Southwest and Inland Northwest. Additionally, he was the broker-in-charge for 125 Illinois agents and was responsible for establishing new offices throughout the Midwest.
A sought-after advisor and consultant in commercial real estate, Tim has completed assignments in multiple countries on five continents.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
