Mario Jimenez serves as a Junior Research Analyst at The Mogharebi Group, analyzing real estate market trends on a national scale and collecting market data to maintain and grow the firm's internal propriety database. Mario collaborates closely with TMG's underwriting and marketing departments to provide the research and data support needed to ensure accurate transactional information and materials. Prior to joining TMG, Mario participated in an internship at Coastal Real Estate as an assistant property manager and was also an insurance broker representing and facilitating products for companies such as Mercury and Progressive Insurance. During this time, Mario gained valuable experience in analyzing and underwriting deals, he developed an understanding of the strict legal guidelines required in contracts.
