With over 25 years of experience and over $2 Billion in real estate acquisition, financing, management, redevelopment, and brokerage, Ben Ketel has acquired and managed multiple asset types such as apartment, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality properties. Prior to joining TMG, Ben was the Managing Partner of Red Tail Acquisitions, a subsidiary of Fowler Property Acquisitions (FPA) where he directed and managed the acquisitions team in successfully negotiating the acquisition of thousands of multifamily units and millions of square feet of commercial assets. Before leading Red Tail, he was a Principal and Partner at FPA and got his start in commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap as a multifamily agent. Ben holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.
