Wakefield Li is an Investment Analyst at the Mogharebi Group (“TMG”) where he is responsible for providing valuations on both market rate and affordable properties. He has over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential real estate working with firms including CB Richard Ellis, Marcus and Millichap, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He applies his background in acquisitions, asset management, and consulting capacities to support multifamily owners across California and other states in their decision making and transactions. Wakefield graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
