Mary Liu is an Investment Underwriter for The Mogharebi Group where she works in tandem with the underwriting team to provide valuations, build structured financial models, and forecast/map market data through in-depth property research. She comes from a diversified professional background, having worked in a variety of fields including tech, marketing, and real estate. Prior to joining TMG, Mary worked as a Senior Associate for Ernst & Young, a multinational professional services network based out of the UK. Mary has over eight years of commercial real estate experience working for a variety of firms throughout Southern California. During her time in the industry, she has managed over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate. Mary earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in Management from University of California Irvine, as well as earning an MBA from Chapman University.
