Layla Gabertai is the Executive Assistant to Otto Ozen, The Mogharebi Group’s long-standing Executive Vice President. In this role, Layla interfaces with high-profile clients and navigates complex deals in addition to acting as a liaison between the executive team and each department at the company. Her keen eye for detail, understanding of the company’s goals and priorities, and ability to provide seamless support in fast-paced and high-pressure environments have earned Layla a reputation for being an integral team member.
Prior to joining TMG, Layla was a paralegal at a leading law firm primarily focused on creditor bankruptcy and real estate law. She was responsible for drafting contracts, pleadings, and motions, organizing and maintaining case files, and conducting legal research. Layla holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. Layla embraces the idea that learning is a lifelong process and always seeks new information and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
