Christopher Pai is an Investment Analyst at The Mogharebi Group, where he is responsible for working in tandem with the investment analyst team to provide valuation analysis, due diligence, build structured financial models, and forecast/map market data through in-depth property research. Prior to this role, he worked as a Research Investment Analyst at TMG, helping put together weekly Market Reports as well as managing the internal CRM system. Prior to working at TMG, he worked as a brand ambassador (Guayaki Cebador) at Guayaki, helping market and expand their presence in Orange County. Christopher graduated from Chapman University where he completed his degrees in Business Administration and Economics.
