As Senior Vice President with The Mogharebi Group, Mike Marcu brings his specialization to the South Bay Los Angeles and Orange Counties apartment markets. His chief duties include assisting clients in evaluating their portfolios and strategizing with dispositions, acquisitions, financing, and identifying opportunities. Before joining TMG, Mike was co-owner of InSite Investment Realty in Newport Beach and reached the level of Senior Investment Associate with Marcus & Millichap in the Long Beach and Newport Beach offices where he was consistently in the top 5 producers in those offices.

Mike’s experience in the Southern California real estate market, with an emphasis in Long Beach and Santa Ana, includes closing approximately $850 million in apartment sales. While his focus is solely on the apartment market, he has also sold a significant number of retail centers, ground lease investments, and office buildings. His integrity and willingness to do whatever work is necessary on behalf of his clients have earned him their continued loyalty and trust.
