Annah Blanton serves as Marketing Manager for The Mogharebi Group, leading the strategy and execution of all marketing, public relations, and business development efforts. Annah and her skilled team are responsible for developing extensive marketing and proposal collateral, effectively conveying the unique story of each investment opportunity. With a heavy focus on strategy and targeted branding, Annah excels in connecting the firm’s message with the broadest and most probable buyer pool. In addition to spearheading day-to-day marketing operations, she is responsible for exploring new marketing channels to expand The Mogharebi Group’s existing market share.
Annah has been in the real estate industry for 16 years, bringing valuable experience from her tenure as Marketing Manager of the top-producing Kitty Wallace multifamily investment sales team at Colliers International and consulting for clients including Kennedy Wilson, George Smith Partners, and the Paragon Group.
Raised in Fiji and Hawai?i, Annah went on to attend the University of Hawai?i at M?noa and attained her B.B.A. in International Business and Marketing from the Shidler College of Business. There she played Division I Water Polo and was recognized as a top student—earning the distinguished “Outstanding Senior in Marketing” Business Night Award for her graduating class. Away from the office, Annah enjoys spending her time outdoors, surfing, hiking, cliff jumping, and skiing. She is also an avid traveler and sports fanatic.
