James ‘Jimmy’ Henney serves as Vice President for The Mogharebi Group. Prior to joining TMG, Jimmy had a distinguished career as a senior media executive at Universal Studios. Following his career in entertainment he founded Startr Homes, a design and modular build company committed to providing scalable, affordable housing solutions in urban areas. Jimmy has extensive insight into both creative marketing and sales, skills which he utilizes to develop long-term strategic partnerships and focus-driven relationships. Jimmy is licensed in both California and Nevada with his primary focus being on multifamily commercial assets. His strategic approach and deep market knowledge are key to successfully achieving his clients’ goals while at The Mogharebi Group. Jimmy is a Seattle native and a proud alumnus of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where he earned dual degrees in Political Science and International Studies. He currently resides in Altadena, CA, with his wife Jennifer and son Jack.
