Scott Koethe is a Senior Vice President with The Mogharebi Group, offering advisory-level service to clients focused on helping grow their investment portfolios. Having been a commercial investment broker since 2007, Scott has an extensive background in all aspects of commercial real estate. Prior to joining TMG, Scott was a Director of Investment Sales with Cushman & Wakefield in the Midwest, covering all asset classes, giving him a broad understanding of the unique deal aspects across various real estate sectors. In 2015, he received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as an expert in commercial investment real estate. Since 2017 when he started focusing exclusively on multifamily investment sales, Scott has closed over 3,000 apartment units with transactions totaling over $350 Million and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker. He attributes his success to his philosophy of what goes around comes around as well as his emphasis on educating clients to empower them to make the best decisions for their unique situations. A native of Nebraska, Scott graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Business and was a three-year letterman on the Husker Football Team earning a Big 12 Championship and a spot on the Big 12 commissioner’s honor roll.
