Sharon David is a Transaction Manager with The Mogharebi Group. With her experience managing multifamily investment portfolios across multiple states for private investors, Sharon now specializes in Transaction Management. Her expertise and certification through the California Association of Realtors enable her to use best practices when working with top-performing investment advisors, their clients, and their complex deals. In the past year, Sharon personally managed the transactions for nearly 1,500 units, approaching $300 million in sales for some of California’s largest property owners. Today, she has her BS and MA from Grand Canyon University and continues to further her education in real estate.
