The IT & Database Analyst (IDA) is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining the CRM database in Apto (Aptotude, a SalesForce/CloudForce based app). This position will also entail some macros and programming skills to help enhance data integrity. The analyst will also handle the Buildout marketing collateral integration within our company and maintain our website. The IDA is also responsible for the integration of Apto, Buildout, IContact/ConstantContact/MailChimp, and our company website. This is either a fulltime or contract position.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Level Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in IT/database development and support
- Proficient at developing and querying database to prepare marketing list.
- Able to prepare marketing collateral (Offering Memoranda, Brochure, Website)
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills
